Mark Faulkner founded Faulkner Training in 2003, offering training and development that delivers visible results. Recognising that most companies believe their staff to be one of their greatest assets, Mark set out to deliver training that is professional, practical, and most importantly, applied directly to the participant’s role so that benefit is realised immediately and continues for a long time after the training is completed.

With a background in large scale IT solutions Mark is a highly motivated and enthusiastic facilitator with over 14 years experience in providing training, consulting, change management and project management services to organizations throughout the UK and Ireland. 

Throughout this time Mark has developed training programs and workshops, sold and delivered multi million pound projects, produced IT strategies, risk assessments and developed improved business processes. 

Fascinated with personal development, leadership, interpersonal communication and business development Mark has researched, studied and applied NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), accelerated learning and best practice management to achieve results in business.
